Interim Executive Director
As an educator, Gary Lacock has worked collaboratively to support educational programs that assist students with disabilities, one of the major groups of students who are "at risk". His responsibilities allow him to assist school teams to prepare students for graduation and post secondary education and training, employment and independent living. He works with agencies and services including the Department of Workforce Services (DWS), Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD), Wasatch Mental Health (WMH), colleges and universities departments and also DRS/Accessibility services, Provo City, key community agencies including United Way, GearUp, etc. His work in the PCSD allows his work with Teens Act and partnerships with these and other services to assist students to prepare for their adult responsibilities.
Director of Operations
Daniel has been working in the nonprofit sector for over five years. Entering the industry as a volunteer AmeriCorps member, he has worked diligently up the ranks to work as the director of several non-profits here in the city of Provo. Daniel has a deep-rooted passion and belief in education and the strides it helps young people to take in achieving their goals. His experience, vision, and passion will help Teens Act fulfill its mission of empowering youth.
